Federal-Mogul Motorparts' Rotational Leadership Development Program prepares highly talented professionals to assume future leadership roles. Participants gain a broad overview of the company. A key part of the rotational program is participation in business and leadership training. Throughout the program you will broaden your leadership skills. Rotational program assignments take place in manufacturing plants, technical centers and corporate environments. Each program consists of multiple assignments, at two different Federal-Mogul Motorparts' locations within a timeframe of approximately 24 months at each location. You will gain a wealth of experience and it will serve as the foundation to build the career you desire.

Federal-Mogul Motorparts' European Graduate Program prepares highly talented professionals to become future leaders in our organization. The program is designed to equip participants with a broad overview of the company, business units and functional areas. Our two-year training program will develop your skills in management and leadership and enable you to network within our global organization. The European Graduate Program offers you the opportunity to work within different European countries and allows you to complete several business project charters. We require you to be mobile as some of the project charters will rotate around Europe, while others will be working directly at a site with international teams.
